About UrPiece

Building the Future of Asset Ownership

UrPiece was founded on a simple but powerful idea: the world's best investments should not be locked behind institutional walls. We built the infrastructure to make fractional, compliant, and transparent real-world asset investment accessible to everyone.

Our Mission

Democratising Access to Real-World Assets

For too long, the highest-performing real-world assets — prime real estate, rare whisky casks, collectable cars, intellectual property — have been available only to those with millions to invest. Institutional returns have accrued to institutions.

UrPiece changes that. By fractionalising ownership, we reduce the barriers to entry with smaller ticket sizes and access while providing trust, compliance and transparency.

Our mission is to give every qualified investor — whether a family office or a first-time alternative investor — a genuine piece of the opportunity.

Kenneth Lui

Co-Founder

Ex-Private Bank and current Family Portfolio Advisor with 15yrs of experience in Investment Advisory, Strategic Finance and Venture Development

For a decade I built portfolios for UHNW families at a Private Bank. Then I moved to the other side of the table, allocating family capital as CIO of Arvantis.

Same blind spot from both seats. The assets people actually want are the ones you that is difficult to take a position in for whatever reason. You had to buy the whole thing or nothing at all. Most of those have the same shape - one indivisible unit, one owner, one buyer, no market in between. The gap is not demand, but structure, and we have the answer.
